Following lots of work behind the scenes, we are now ready to launch our new computerised court bookings and lighting system using a simple application through Clubspark.
Members and non-members will be able to view court availability and book a court online for casual usage. Everyone will have equal opportunity to book a court when they want to play. Access to the club and courts will be controlled by keypad entry so only the person who has booked the court will have access to the court. Furthermore, there will be no risk to courts being left unlocked, hence reducing the club’s exposure to risk of damage or unpaid non-member usage. Income from court bookings by non-members will be reinvested into developing the club’s facilities further.
Although one can currently access the courts with their gate key, this will be phased out in due course.
Please familiarise yourself with the attached instructions on how to Book a Court.
We are very excited about implementing this system which will not only place us on par with many other tennis clubs who use this system but it will enable our whole community to use our courts with ease.

Following the recent theft of our coin metres and the need to introduce a court booking system. The committee, in conjunction with Tennis Victoria, are in the process of implementing a computerised system which will enable all members to book a court and activate the lights using a simple application through Clubspark. Register with ClubSpark
Once implemented, Members will be required to book a court whenever they desire a hit of tennis. In turn, they will be provided a code to enter the main gate and their court will be available. If lights are required, you will be required to pay online and will be provided with an additional code which you will need to key into a keypad which will be installed shortly.
We hope this system will be up and running by mid September. All members will be provided with clear instructions prior to commencement.
Many tennis clubs have been using this and similar systems for many years now so we are extremely excited to implement it at our club.
Further details will be provided as we progress through this implementation stage.
